Dr. Toby Russell
A neurogeneticist from the Adelman neurological Institute. Dr. Russell pioneered several revolutionary medical therapies, including the genetronic replicator technique. Russell's career was marred by accusations that she had somtimes sacrificed patients' lives in order to gather experimental data. Russell's genetronic technique saved the life of Enterprise-D security chief Worf in 2368. ("Ethics")
